KPN, el primer operador de red en los Pa ses Bajos, llev a cabo el 3 de mayo una serie de pruebas con tecnolog a LTE Broadcast en el estadio Amsterdam Arena, en colaboraci n con Ericsson, Qualcomm Technologies, Samsung e IBM.
La soluci n LTE de difusi n de Ericsson pretende elevar la experiencia de video a un nuevo nivel, ofreciendo contenidos de v deo de la m s alta calidad incluso en entornos masificados en cuanto a poblaci n y accesos como es un partido de f tbol. Esta tecnolog a permite ofrecer el mismo contenido simult neamente a un n mero pr cticamente ilimitado de usuarios, manteniendo as un uso eficiente del espectro y de los equipos de red. Tambi n permite a los operadores y sus socios proporcionar servicios de v deo de alta calidad con la m xima garant a y de forma rentable sobre LTE, aportando nuevas fuentes de ingresos.
La soluci n de Ericsson LTE Broadcast promete revolucionar la entrega de video sobres redes m viles mediante la combinaci n de tres nuevas normas: eMBMS , HEVC y MPEG DASH.

La soluci n LTE Broadcast de Ericsson ha demostrado ofrecer su eficacia en el Amsterdam Arena.
