Cellnex Telecom joins the Ibex 35 Cellnex debut en el mercado continuo de la bolsa espa ola el 7 de mayo de 2015. Su capitalizaci n de mercado se sit a en los 3.300 millones de euros. Desde su salida a Bolsa el valor acumula un diferencial positivo en relaci n al IBEX 35 del 22%. El Comit Asesor T cnico (CAT) y gestor de los ndices de la Bolsa espa ola, ha decidido durante su reuni n ordinaria celebrada este jueves aprobar la inclusi n de Cellnex Telecom (CLNX:MC) en el ndice IBEX 35 del mercado de valores.
La compa a se incorporar al ndice en la sesi n del 20 de junio de 2016 y ocupar una de las plazas vacantes generadas por las salidas de Sacyr y OHL. La decisi n del CAT ha sido tomada de acuerdo a las Normas T cnicas para la Composici n y el C lculo de los ndices de Sociedad de Bolsas.
Desde su debut en la bolsa espa ola el 7 de mayo de 2015, Cellnex Telecom ha mantenido su cotizaci n en los niveles de su precio de salida en los 14 euros, y en este periodo acumula un diferencial positivo en relaci n al IBEX 35 del 22%. La capitalizaci n de mercado de la compa a alcanza los 3.300 millones de Euros. Durante su proceso de OPV y en su primer a o de cotizaci n, la compa a ha captado el inter s de numerosos inversores institucionales internacionales clave, lo que le permite contar con una amplia y representativa base accionarial.
Entre los accionistas de referencia de Cellnex Telecom figuran Abertis (34%); Columbia Threadneedle (7,8%); Blackrock (6,2%); CriteriaCaixa (4,62%); Cantillon Capital Management (3%); dejando el free float de la compa a en un 43%.
La incorporaci n al ndice Ibex 35 reforzar la visibilidad del crecimiento de Cellnex Telecom, que se ha convertido en un actor clave dentro del proceso de consolidaci n del sector de las telecomunicaciones en Europa.
Cellnex Telecom se incorpor , ya en octubre de 2015, al ndice STOXX Europe 600 integrado por las principales empresas cotizadas en 18 pa ses europeos: Austria, B lgica, Rep blica Checa, Dinamarca, Finlandia, Francia, Alemania, Grecia, Irlanda, Italia, Luxemburgo, Pa ses Bajos, Noruega, Portugal, Espa a, Suecia, Suiza y el Reino Unido.

Tras la adquisici n en marzo de 2015 del portafolio de torres de telecomunicaciones de Wind en Italia, Cellnex Telecom se convirti en el principal operador independiente europeo de infraestructuras de telecomunicaciones inal mbricas, con una cartera total de 15.120 torres. Cellnex cerr el primer trimestre de 2016 con unos ingresos de 165 millones de euros ( 41%) y un EBITDA de 63 millones ( 26%).
Cellnex anunci el pasado 30 de mayo un acuerdo para la adquisici n de los 261 emplazamientos de Protelindo Netherlands. Se trata de la primera operaci n de la compa a en los pa ses del norte de Europa.
