IDX battery range provides broadcasters with affordable reliability --

IDX, a manufacturer and supplier of batteries, chargers, LED on-board lights, wireless HD video transmission, power supplies and mounting accessories, has produced a dependable and affordable Lithium Ion battery range to service production professionals.
The new range consists of three models fitted with a (D-Tap) DC output connector, which allows peripherals to be directly powered, as well as a V-Mount connection. The models are: the Endura CUE-D75, Endura CUE-D95 and Endura CUE-D150.
The batteries are protected by a discharge cut-off, which prevents damage caused by products without a voltage sensing shut-down mechanism, while four power status LED lights allow users to conveniently keep tabs on remaining power capacity.
Improvements have been made in partnership with Sanyo, a leading supplier of Lithium-Ion cells, to maximize performance, longevity and reliability. These innovations include enhancements in the design and manufacturing process as well as advances in microchip technology.
