Nine Ningbo Companies Become Key Culture Exporting Enterprises of China

To encourage and support our cultural enterprises to participate in international competition, and expand exports of cultural products and services and promote Chinese culture to go out, the list of 2013-2014 Key Enterprises and Key Projects in Exporting National Culture was published days ago, jointly approved by the Ministry of Commerce, the Propaganda Department of the Central Committee of the CPC, the Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of Culture, State Administration of Radio, Film and Television. Ningbo Soundking Electronics & Sound Co Ltd and other eight are on the list.

It is said that the nine companies include Ningbo Soundking Electronics & Sound Co., Ltd., Ningbo Kwung's Wisdom Art & Design Co., Ltd., Conda (Ningbo) Art Material MFG Co.,Ltd, Zhejiang Xuanyi Network Technology Co., Ltd., Ningbo Kacu Cartoon Making Co., Ltd., Ningbo Jinhui photographic Equipment Co., Ltd., Senhe Instrument Co., Ltd., Hailun Pianos Co., Ltd., Zhejiang Dafeng Co., Ltd., among which overseas investment and cooperation projects of Ningbo Kacu Cartoon Making Co., Ltd. and design platform of creative ideas from Ningbo Chenglu Paper Products Manufacturing Co., Ltd were nominated in key projects.

In the short-listed key enterprises, Hailun Pianos Co., Ltd. has been selected as key enterprises of national cultural exports for three consecutive years, the rest have also been elected for two consecutive years, and key projects were first elected for Ningbo. According to statistics, in 2013, the export of the citys nine key enterprises of cultural exports reached $ 71,962,300, of which Ningbo Chenglu Paper Products Manufacturing Co., Ltd accounted for $ 35,384,000.

Selected key enterprises of national cultural exports will be entitled to apply for funds of the Central Cultural Industries and Cultural Export Special Incentive, for eligibility of getting domestic and foreign loans for covering the cost of cultural goods and services from the Import and Export Bank of China, and receive support from all levels of departments in market development, technological innovation, customs clearance, advocacy training and so on.
