Shahrzad Rafati to give Keynote Addre at IBC06 Conference

IBC announced today that Shahrzad Rafati, Founder & CEO of BroadbandTV, will deliver a keynote on Saturday 10 September at its forthcoming IBC2016 Conference.

Over the last 11 years BroadbandTV has become a powerful force in online video, and is the world's largest Multi-platform Network.
