Con sede en Santa Clara, California, Ooyala fue fundada en 2007 por tres ex-empleados de Google con el prop sito de lanzar una compa a de Datos especializada en Video. En 2014 fue adquirida por la australiana Telstra, la d cima compa a de telecomunicaciones del mundo. Ooyala cuenta con las soluciones m s avanzadas en la creaci n de contenidos, incluyendo Orquestaci n de workflows, MAM, sindicaci n e ingesta; as como toda la parte de distribuci n (OTT, OVP, Player, Apps, personalizaci n, anal tica, Live, AVOD, SVOD, CDN, codificaci n, transdcodificaci n, CDN, DRM ) y, por ltimo, toda la parte de monetizaci n.
Si bien la plataforma de Ooyala resulta ser la soluci n de OTT m s integral del mercado, al ser escalable permite tambi n ofrecer el m dulo m s adecuado a cada necesidad concreta. De esta forma, Ooyala Live es la soluci n dedicada para hacer streaming de directos. Ooyala Flex es la herramienta encargada de orquestar workflows y gestionar la media. Por otro lado, Crosspoint incorpora a su oferta innovadora la soluci n SaaS 360AudienceFlow de Konodrac, el sistema de gesti n de audiencias para dirigir la transformaci n digital en el sector media. Dicha soluci n ofrece tres objetivos clave: ser relevante para el espectador, aumentar la rentabilidad para el anunciante y finalmente mejorar el negocio gracias a la toma de decisiones basadas en datos.
Con sede en Barcelona, Konodrac fue creada en 2012 por Jordi Gilabert, prestigioso fundador a su vez de otras empresas tecnol gicas del sector media tan reconocidas como Vector, RTZ y Activa Software, qui n fusion su s lida experiencia en ese mbito con sus profundos conocimientos del big data . Actualmente Konodrac est controlando m s de 2 millones de dispositivos en Espa a.
