ITV Studios America taps Peter Keramidas as EVP, Operations, Strategy and Business Development
Sherman Oaks, Calif., June 26, 2018 - ITV Studios America today announced that industry veteran Peter Keramidas has joined the executive team as Executive Vice President, Operations, Strategy and Business Development. Keramidas will report to Philippe Maigret, President, ITV Studios America.
I have worked with Peter for many years and know first-hand that his understanding of the television business is second to none. Peter will play a key role in helping us drive growth and manage ITV Studios' expanding US scripted TV operations across our labels, said Maigret.
With over twenty-five years of experience in the entertainment industry, Keramidas is a seasoned executive who has held multiple senior positions with leading entertainment companies, as well as running his own consulting practice advising on content strategy. Peter's most recent executive position was as CFO and Exec VP of Strategy at Sonar Entertainment, and previously held senior positions with ABC, Warner Bros., and Showtime Networks where he was Exec VP of Programming. His consulting work was focused on advising dozens of companies ranging from established studios to talent agencies to firms looking to formulate strategies to navigate the television business.
Through his consulting and executive positions, Keramidas has a deep understanding of the rapidly evolving landscape for television content. He has spent extensive time on both the selling and buying sides of the business and has been involved in the development, production, financing and acquisition of thousands of programming hours during his career.

Keramidas, who resides in Los Angeles with his wife Laura, received his MBA from Northwestern's Kellogg School of Management and his B.S. degree in Computer Science Engineering from Northwestern University.

ITV Studios America (Good Witch for Hallmark Channel, Somewhere Between for ABC) is the LA-based U.S. independent scripted television studio operation of ITV Studios, a world leader in television production and distribution. The studio develops and produces scripted programming, based on original ideas or established IPs, for global exploitation across all platforms. The studio has a growing portfolio of projects in development with multiple broadcast and cable networks, and OTT services, developed internally or through its PODs with Assembly Entertainment, 42 and 3AD and through its partnership with Circle of Confusion. ITV Studios' US scripted tv operations also include a partnership with Tomorrow Studios (Snowpiercer for TNT) and an investment in Blumhouse Television.
