At this year's NAB Dimetis is showcasing BOSS FILE TRANSFER Manager at Aspera's Partner Pavilion besides its own booth.
The Dimetis Media Exchange Platform BOSS FILE TRANSFER Manager brings connectivity and automation to data exchange workflows by moving large media files while hiding system and workflow complexity from the end user. With advanced features including graphical workflow engine, resource scheduling, simplified user management, work process supervision and low level SLA reporting, it unifies, simplifies, and reduces operational costs. With the integration of the Aspera API, the BOSS FILE TRANSFER ManagerTM can utilize an existing Aspera infrastructure in order to guarantee the fast delivery of mission critical content. By using Aspera's pre and post transfer scripting all P-2-P and File Server push and pull transfer processes can be monitored within BOSS FILE TRANSFER ManagerTM. This enables the seamless processing of incoming files by further steps like quality check or transcoding.
