Bahn und erneuerbare Energien
Indian Railways transportiert mehr als 9 Mrd. Personen und ber eine Billion Tonnen Fracht pro Jahr. In Hinblick auf die in Indien vorhandenen lokalen und globalen Gro kunden unterst tzt die neue Regierung die Entwicklung erneuerbarer Energien. Schaeffler Indien bietet eine komplette Produktpalette von Hauptwellen- und Getriebelagern f r Windkraftanwendungen. Gro lager mit Au endurchmessern von bis zu einem Meter werden vor Ort im Werk Savli gefertigt.
Als Teil des Schaeffler Global Technology Network wurde der Schaeffler-Standort in Vadodara als Schaeffler Technology Center (STC) zertifiziert. STC sind lokale technische Kompetenzzentren in den Regionen.
