
PXW - X 180 Sony: XDCAM recording XAVC and a new aim zoom El PXW-X180 destaca por su nuevo objetivo gran angular G de Sony con zoom de 25 aumentos, un innovador sistema ND electr nico y compatibilidad con los c decs MPEG-2, AVCHDTM y DV.
The latest addition to the XDCAM series of Sony es el nuevo camcorder de mano con memoria de estado s lido PXW-X180. Pensado para aplicaciones de broadcast y producci n de v deo profesional, incorpora tres sensores CMOS Exmor Full HD de 1/3 y un nuevo objetivo G gran angular de 26 mm de Sony con zoom ptico de 25 aumentos.
El PXW-X180 graba en formato MPEG HD422 a 50 Mbps, un formato ampliamente preferido por cadenas y productoras en la actualidad, y XAVC Intra y Long GOP, lo que permite muestreo de 10 bits para grabaci n de alta definici n con una rica expresi n tonal. Tambi n puede grabar en formato MPEG HD420 a 35 Mbps, AVCHDTM y DV.
Adem s de grabar en tarjetas de memoria SxS profesionales, el camcorder puede grabar en tarjetas XQD, SD y Memory Sticks con el uso de un adaptador opcional. Al permitir la selecci n de una gran variedad de formatos y soportes de grabaci n, el camcorder es compatible con una amplia gama de aplicaciones de producci n de v deo.
El PXW-X180 es el primer camcorder profesional de Sony que incorpora un nuevo filtro de densidad neutra (ND) variable. Este nuevo dispositivo se ha desarrollado para controlar la densidad electr nicamente y permitir un sencillo ajuste continuo desde 1/4ND hasta 1/128ND con un sencillo funcionamiento de dial. La profundidad de campo y el brillo se pueden ajustar utilizando el filtro junto con distintos ajustes del iris y la velocidad de obturaci n. Esto permite el uso de t cnicas como la grabaci n con obturador lento seg n se desee a plena luz del d a y en otras condiciones de iluminaci n intensa.
Bill Drummond, responsable de marketing estrat gico de producci n de la gama b sica, ha destacado que el PXW-X180 representa el siguiente paso en la implantaci n de nuestra nueva gama XAVC, que ofrece grabaci n HD intracuadro de 10 bits de gran calidad con una alta tasa de bits para conseguir el m ximo rendimiento de imagen. Junto al nuevo objetivo gran angular G de Sony con zoom de 25 aumentos, un innovador sistema ND electr nico y la compatibilidad con los c decs MPEG-2, AVCHDTM y DV actuales, este producto no s lo ofrece flexibilidad para responder a las cambiantes necesidades actuales de captaci n, sino que tambi n supone una inversi n a largo plazo en cuanto a las necesidades futuras.
El camcorder incluye un m dulo de conexi n LAN inal mbrica que permite el uso de funciones inal mbricas. Gracias a un sencillo funcionamiento de una sola pulsaci n, puedes conectarte a un tel fono inteligente o tableta que puedes utilizar para confirmar el ngulo de una captura, supervisar la grabaci n y manejar el camcorder de forma remota (ajuste del ngulo de campo, balance de blancos, iris, ). Tambi n se pueden transmitir archivos tras la grabaci n mediante routers m viles y otros dispositivos que se venden por separado. Es de rese ar que el funcionamiento inal mbrico no puede garantizarse con todos los tel fonos inteligentes y tabletas.

El nuevo objetivo del camcorder ofrece la calidad propia de Sony G Lens, una visi n gran angular de 26 mm y un rango de zoom de 25 aumentos (equivalente a 26-650 mm en un objetivo de 35 mm), que lo hacen lo suficientemente vers til para una gran variedad de situaciones de grabaci n. Incorpora anillos de zoom manual y enfoque independientes con tope y control de iris. Adem s, un mecanismo de deslizamiento en el anillo de enfoque permite cambiar f cilmente entre el enfoque manual y el autom tico. Tambi n se puede activar la visualizaci n del indicador de enfoque incluso al usar el enfoque manual.
Por su parte, tres sensores Exmor CMOS de 1/3 con un total aproximado de 2,07 millones de pixels efectivos (16:9) capturan la luz roja, azul y verde por separado. Esto, en combinaci n con la alta resoluci n, alta sensibilidad y rango din mico amplio del camcorder, ofrece una excelente reproducci n del color. El procesador incorpora reducci n de ruido y tecnolog a antivibraci n para garantizar una imagen de alta calidad, lo que proporciona ajustes de calidad de imagen precisos para obtener resultados detallados con una textura preciosa.
Adem s de XAVC Intra/Long GOP, el PXW-X180 graba en MPEG2, AVCHD y DV. Al grabar en XAVC, utiliza el formato de archivo MXF, que comprime de forma eficiente las im genes Full HD (1920 x 1080) mediante el c dec MPEG-4 AVC/H.264. El muestreo de imagen es 4:2:2 a 10 bits con compresi n intracuadro a 112 Mbps o compresi n de alta eficiencia Long-GOP a 50, 35 o 25 Mbps.
Para satisfacer las necesidades de los distintos flujos de trabajo, el PXW-X180 incorpora dos ranuras para tarjetas de memoria SxS, lo que ofrece una gran velocidad de lectura y escritura. Un adaptador opcional permite grabar en tarjetas XQD. Otro adaptador permite la grabaci n en tarjetas SD, lo que ayuda a reducir costes durante las grabaciones m s largas.
El x180 permite la grabaci n simult nea en dos tarjetas de memoria (solo en el mismo modo de grabaci n). Con dos botones de grabaci n, el operador puede elegir a qu tarjeta grabar, por lo que se puede utilizar una tarjeta para grabar mientras que la otra sirve como copia de seguridad. Tambi n es posible grabar en rel continuo* desde la tarjeta de la ranura A a la tarjeta de la ranura B.
Por ltimo destacar que los accesorios acoplados a la zapata de interfaz m ltiple pueden controlarse desde el PXW-X180. Por ejemplo, si la nueva antorcha de v deo HVL-LBPC, presentada a la vez que el PXW-X280, se acopla a la zapata de interfaz m ltiple, la antorcha de v deo puede activarse o desactivarse desde el camcorder.
