El reto de ser mujer directiva en televisi n La Academia de Televisi n organiza un debate sobre el papel de la mujer en puestos de direcci n en el sector audiovisual con la participaci n de Elena S nchez, Sonia Mart nez, Almudena Ledo, Macarena Rey, Gema R. Neira y Mar a Jos Rodr guez P rez.

The Academia de las Ciencias y las Artes de Televisi n y del Audiovisual organiz el pasado lunes, 3 de marzo, la jornada Liderazgo femenino: el reto de ser directiva en televisi n en el Espacio Fundaci n Telef nica. El acto ha sido un punto de encuentro con el objetivo de debatir sobre el papel de la mujer en puestos de direcci n dentro del sector audiovisual: situaci n actual, problem ticas, c mo romper el techo de cristal y retos de futuro, entre otros temas. La Academia de Televisi n muestra as su compromiso con la igualdad en el marco de los actos que se est n celebrando con Motivo del D a Internacional de la Mujer.

Mar a Casado, presidenta de la Academia y moderadora del encuentro comenz afirmando que da igual a lo que nos dediquemos porque buena parte de las inquietudes que tenemos, son compartidas por todas . Las mujeres que nos acompa an en este encuentro han sido art fices de buena parte de los programas y series que aparecen en televisi n. Son proyectos que han pasado por sus despachos, pero, sobre todo, por sus mentes y corazones. Son responsables de la televisi n que vemos y, seguramente, de la que veremos .

Elena S nchez, secretaria general de la Corporaci n de RTVE y presidenta de Observatorio de Igualdad de RTVE manifest la importancia que tienen este tipo de encuentros para reflexionar sobre el papel de la mujer y todo el camino que queda por recorrer para conseguir una igualdad real. Generalmente, si nos ofrecen mejoras en nuestro puesto de trabajo, siempre tenemos la duda de si seremos capaces de hacerlo. Por ello, tenemos que dejar de ponernos trabas a nosotras mismas . Con car cter general, creo que las mujeres solemos auto limitarnos, no buscamos la visibilidad. Hemos sido m s reactivas que proactivas. Me gustar a y espero que esto est cambiando con las nuevas generaciones , afirm . En cuanto a conciliaci n se refiere, S nchez afirm que los permisos de maternidad y paternidad obligatorios van a ayudar mucho a que la situaci n cambie .

La Directora Editorial de Atresmedia Studios, Sonia Mart nez, destac que el reto es sentir al otro como un igual. En 2014, cuando se hizo el ltimo plan de Igualdad de Atresmedia, los puestos de direcci n de rea estaban ocupados por mujeres, pero en el Consejo de Administraci n no. Y es ah donde se toman las grandes decisiones. Esa es la diferencia . Pero va m s all y lo ve como un problema de educaci n: nos han educado en que cuando eres madre se acaba todo y tenemos que creernos y reeducarnos en que eso no es as . En lo que a gesti n de equipos se refiere, Sonia Mart nez destac que somos especialmente emp ticas pero, a la vez, somos capaces de imponer cierto grado de notoriedad. Otro reto que nos queda por cumplir es ocupar las reas t cnicas .

For Macarena Rey, CEO de Shine Iberia la constancia y la perfecci n son valores que tenemos las mujeres. La obsesi n que tenemos por cumplir con los objetivos y hacerlo bien nos hace olvidarnos de exigir cosas para nosotras . Como generadora de contenido, afirma que cuando son las mujeres quienes los crean, repercute en tener mayor responsabilidad y, por tanto, conseguir que haya m s mujeres en puestos de responsabilidad . En esta l nea continu afirmando que las mujeres tenemos mucho que aportar en la direcci n de equipos. Hablo de la empat a. A menudo las mujeres sabemos entender m s al otro y ponernos en su lugar . Pero para Macarena Rey el mayor reto es el tema salarial. A la empresa debe de costarle lo mismo contratar a un hombre que a una mujer. En Shine lo tenemos clar simo, pero es un tema de concienciaci n. No hay que dejar de levantar la voz, de decirlo, de pelear y de protestar .

Debemos creernos y meternos en la cabeza que nosotras tenemos el mismo derecho que los hombres a tener una carrera profesional , afirm Mar a Jos Rodr guez, gerente de contenidos de #0 y de producci n propia. Una de las luchas que a n tengo es que mis opiniones en una reuni n se tengan en cuenta sin necesitar el respaldo de un hombre . En cuanto a las cuotas de g nero para combatir la desigualdad, Mar a Jos Rodr guez las ve como imprescindibles y necesarias. Uno de los principales problemas de las mujeres es la visibilidad . Adem s, la sororidad es algo que tenemos que practicar mucho en el d a a d a, nos tenemos que apoyar entre nosotras .

Gema R. Neira, directora de desarrollo de Bamb Producciones y guionista de xitos de ficci n como Velvet, Gran Hotel, Las Chicas del Cable o Fari a, entre otras muchas, afirma que a nivel personal, todas somos conscientes y buscamos abrir la puerta a otros talentos como lo hicieron con nosotras. El problema es que no tenemos tantas puertas . De ah , la necesidad de contarles a nuestros compa eros las cosas que nos pasan porque al no vivirlo ni verlo, creen que no ocurren . Creo que todas mis compa eras hemos sentido que cuando se hablaba de determinado tipo de proyecto no se nos trataba por igual. Se consideraba que las series m s femeninas o de historias de amor estaban m s destinadas a escribirlas las mujeres y el resto de proyectos m s de thriller o investigaci n era una cuesti n masculina . Entre los retos que quedan por alcanzar para conseguir una igualdad real, afirma que por un lado, las mujeres lleguemos a los primeros puestos porque el porcentaje es mucho menor y, por otro, que no se nos encasille en un tipo de producto, sino que haya libertad absoluta y se nos elija por ser las mejores dirigentes, guionistas o productoras y no por nuestro g nero .
