COVID-19 is having a profound effect on all of us and our communities. With the difficulties faced by millions, IVP is supporting others in need.
IVP Team donates over $1 million to fight COVID-19 To assist those in need around us, especially in the local Bay Area community, the IVP team is making collective personal donations to five local non-profits totaling over $1 million to support those affected by COVID-19.
Here are the five organizations we supported:
Glide Memorial - Mission is to break the cycle of poverty and marginalization. Based in San Francisco.
Meals of Gratitude - Provides meals for frontline healthcare providers and support staff in the Bay Area.
Second Harvest - Silicon Valley organization founded to ensure that everyone who needs a healthy meal can get one.
SF-Marin Food Bank - Trying to end hunger in San Francisco and Marin.
Tipping Point - Non-profit working to break the cycle of poverty for the 1.7 million people who don't have resources to meet basic needs in the Bay Area.

Dropbox Works with Partners to Support Organizations Impacted by COVID-19 In the face of the pandemic and the global workforce moving to a distributed work environment, cloud tools are helping people collaborate and stay connected. At Dropbox, not only do they want to make this transition as smooth as possible, they also want to empower and support organizations working around the clock to eradicate COVID-19, so you can focus on keeping yourselves and your families safe.
Dropbox joins Bay Area companies to distribute $22M in funding in response to the COVID-19 crisis Funding will go towards organizations responding to the crisis, with a focus on COVID-19 funds through the CDC Foundation, United Nations Foundation, and the Silicon Valley Community Foundation and will support vulnerable populations, nonprofits, and small businesses impacted as well as national and global public health response efforts.
Eightfold.ai Creates Talent Exchange Eightfold.ai together with FMI The Food Industry Association, launched the Eightfold Talent Exchange, a nationwide marketplace connecting HR and business leaders to immediately employ associates whose jobs are impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic.

Grammarly is Offering Support and Resources Grammarly believes it's important to support our communities in the ways we can. They've engaged in several initiatives to date and will continue to do so. They have donated to COVID-19 relief efforts based where they are-in San Francisco, New York City, Vancouver, and Kyiv. In North America, they have donated to these local initiatives: Give2SF COVID-19 Response and Recovery Fund, the New York Community Trust Emergency Fund, and the Vancouver Foundation Community Response Fund. In Kyiv, they are finalizing donations to the Tvoya Opora Charitable Fund, the Happy Old Charitable Fund, the Tabletochki Fund, and the Krab Fund.

Hims & Hers Provides Free Coronavirus Symptom Tool Knowing that the current climate is stressful and it's hard to know what coronavirus information is legitimate, Hims worked with their clinical team to provide a tool that can help you assess whether you want to seek testing or consultation with a physician about COVID-19.

Humu Provides Nudges to Anyone Who Needs Them Humu's mission is to make work better for everyone, everywhere. As part of that effort, they're providing modified email nudges about working remotely or with distributed colleagues to anyone who wants them.

Indigogo waived their platform fee From March 18 April 18, Indiegogo is waiving the platform fee for the campaigns who have been accepted into their Local Business Relief Program. Businesses can use Indiegogo's platform to provide things to your patrons like: vouchers, items to claim at a future date, personalized, hand-written notes, and more.

Podium Launches Free Tools for Local Restaurants Impacted by COVID-19 Many of the local businesses our community relies on have been disproportionately affected by the pandemic resulting from the outbreak of COVID-19. Podium introduced Text-to-Takeout, a platform they are giving to restaurants at zero-cost that will enable safe online ordering, payment processing, and customer pickup all via text for local restaurants impacted by the pandemic.
