New BOXX Workstation Boosts Performance, Aided by New Intel Proceors

AUSTIN, TEXAS BOXX Technologies, has introduced the 3DBOXX 4120, a new, compact, professional workstation featuring the fourth-generation Intel Xeon processors E3-1200 v3 product family and Intel's fourth-generation Core processors.

These products offer a significant performance increase over previous Intel processors while also providing better power efficiency. BOXX is among the first hardware manufacturers to offer a workstation featuring the new micro architectures.

The integration of a new, four-core fourth generation Intel Core i7 or four-core Intel Xeon processor E3-1200 v3 product family enables 3DBOXX 4120 to offer a 10 percent performance increase over its predecessor, the 3DBOXX 4050. The workstation also features advanced liquid cooling and a new compact chassis ensuring quiet operation while making it ideal for space-constrained environments. Despite its space-saving form factor, 4120 includes a professional NVIDIA graphics card (Quadro or high end GeForce GTX) and solid state drives (SSDs), while remaining affordably priced for entry to mid-level professionals.

3DBOXX 4120 provides outstanding support for engineering, architectural, and product design applications, including Dassault Syst mes SolidWorks, Autodesk Revit, and other frequency driven applications.
