La red social profesional ha celebrado su primera d cada en Iberia poniendo en relevancia el impacto de la plataforma en la vida de los profesionales espa oles y portugueses en un evento de celebraci n que reuni a representantes del mercado empresarial de la regi n
Madrid, 6 de mayo de 2022. - LinkedIn, la red social profesional m s grande del mundo, celebra diez a os de actividad en Iberia, con m s de 15 millones de miembros en Espa a. Nuestro pa s se sit a as entre los 15 primeros pa ses del mundo en cuanto a n mero de miembros registrados en la plataforma. Un hito que los empleados de LinkedIn en la regi n han festejado junto a CEOs, creadores de contenido e influencers y clientes en un evento de aniversario en el que se puso en valor el impacto de LinkedIn en la vida de los profesionales espa oles y portugueses.
ngel S enz de Cenzano, director general de LinkedIn Espa a y Portugal, fue el encargado de dar el pistoletazo de salida a la celebraci n, destacando c mo la misi n con la que aterriz LinkedIn hace diez a os en la regi n es ahora m s tangible que nunca: "Tras una d cada conectando a profesionales en Espa a y Portugal para ayudarles a construir y moldear sus carreras profesionales, estamos entusiasmados con el impacto que estamos teniendo. Hace 10 a os, ten amos menos de 5 millones de miembros en Espa a y hoy somos 15 millones aqu y 3 en Portugal, ambos pa ses son clave para el crecimiento y la evoluci n de nuestra comunidad y nuestro negocio", afirma S enz de Cenzano.
Un mundo laboral cambiante
Personas de todos los rincones del planeta se est n replanteando lo que significa el trabajo para ellos, y d nde y c mo lo hacen, incluyendo Espa a, donde los ltimos informes de LinkedIn muestran que casi 6 de cada 10 profesionales est n considerando cambiar de trabajo durante 2022. La falta de flexibilidad es el principal motivo y en esta situaci n, las empresas en Espa a se est n apoyando en LinkedIn para encontrar al mejor talento, crear nuevas pol ticas que reflejen una forma de trabajo realmente flexible e invirtiendo en su cultura y marca de talento para mantenerse a la vanguardia en un mercado muy competitivo.
Con el objetivo de seguir gui ndoles en este panorama, LinkedIn ha analizado el perfil de los miembros espa oles en la plataforma a trav s de su herramienta Economic Graph. En lo que a Espa a respecta, los ltimos datos extra dos de esta potente herramienta de recopilaci n, procesamiento y an lisis de datos de LinkedIn revelan los roles m s comunes en la actualidad: profesores/as, empresarios/as o abogados/as, entre otros. Por otro lado, los Empleos en Auge, muestran que el mercado laboral se dirige a empleos en tecnolog a, sostenibilidad, ciencia y desarrollo de negocio como Ingeniero/a de fiabilidad del sitio (Site Reliability Engineer) , Arquitecto/a de sistemas en la nube , Ingeniero/a de machine learning , Experto/a en ciberseguridad o Ingeniero/a de aplicaciones .
Entre los sectores que cuentan con m s profesionales espa oles se destacan el de la fabricaci n, los servicios corporativos, el turismo y el ocio, educaci n y software y servicios de IT.
Una d cada de transformaci n
El evento de celebraci n de los diez a os de LinkedIn en Espa a y Portugal reuni en una mesa redonda moderada por la periodista Sandra Barneda a Juan Abarca Cid n, presidente en HM Hospitales; Helena Herrero, presidenta de la regi n sur de HP, Santiago iguez; presidente de IE University; Ignacio Rivera Quintana, presidente ejecutivo de la Corporaci n Hijos de Rivera, y Laura Ros, directora general de Volkswagen Espa a. Los representantes empresariales de diversas industrias discutieron sobre c mo LinkedIn les ha ayudado a construir su liderazgo social, acercarlos a sus empleados y clientes y, en definitiva, se ha convertido en un canal de conversaci n que ha impulsado su prop sito como directivo y el de sus compa as.
Adem s, los casi 150 asistentes al evento pudieron inspirarse con las charlas de creadores de contenido como Izanami Mart nez, fundadora de Soulgate; Francisco R bano, andar n tejedor de historias; Pilar Ll cer, especialista en Liderazgo tico y sostenibilidad; Sam Gratton director de Gratton Communications, Mar Dominguez, CEO de BannersBanners, y Marc Vidal, LinkedIn Top Voice, que han sabido obtener el m ximo potencial de la red social profesional para impulsar sus carreras durante estos diez a os de andadura en Espa a y Portugal.
