Die kostenlose PrecisionDesk App umfasst verschiedene Serviceleistungen speziell f r Rotativ- und Linearlager in Hochgenauigkeitsausfu hrung, die f r Kunden, Ingenieure, Vertriebspartner und Monteure konzipiert sind.
Messprotokolle und die Verkn pfung mit Warenwirtschaftssystemen
Die PrecisionDesk App erm glicht das Auslesen der Data-Matrix-Codes (DMC) auf den Lagern oder den Lagerverpackungen. Mit den DMC k nnen Schaeffler-Kunden direkt ber die App die lagerspezifischen Messprotokolle von Hochgenauigkeitslagern abrufen und zu Dokumentationszwecken im PDF-Format speichern oder versenden. Die Messprotokolle von Spindellagern enthalten Angaben zur Lager-ID, Lager-Bezeichnung, das Herstellungsdatum, Istwert-Kennzahlen sowie die Breitenabweichung, den Druckwinkel und den berstand - Daten, die von besonderer Relevanz f r die Montage, qualifizierte Beratung oder effiziente Bestandsverwaltung sind. Au erdem ist es m glich, lagerbezogene, elektronische Datens tze im CSV-Format zu erzeugen und diese z. B. f r ein Logistiksystem zu nutzen. Schaeffler-Kunden bietet die App damit die M glichkeit zu einem zuverl ssigen Monitoring des eigenen Lagerbestands und zur Qualit tssteigerung in der Montage durch effizienteres Verpaaren von Lagern, Wellen und Geh usen.
Mit zwei Klicks kommt man zudem direkt auf die aktuellen Produktinformationen in der Schaeffler-Mediathek: Dort finden sich beispielsweise die notwendigen Montage-anleitungen und die Details zu den empfohlenen Fettmengen bzw. Fettverteilungsl ufen.

Die PrecisionDesk App bietet ebenso wie die OriginCheck App einen erh hten Schutz gegen Produktpiraterie mit Hilfe der Data-Matrix-Code- berpr fung, was insbesondere im Handel bereits sehr intensiv genutzt wird. In Zukunft wird die Einbindung der App-Funktionalita ten in das Kunden-Intranet noch leichter: Schaeffler arbeitet momentan an einer Webbrowser-basierten Lo sung, bei der mittels Handscanner alle Funktionalita ten der Schaeffler-App von einem PC aus genutzt werden k nnen, der beispielsweise in einer Werkstatt oder Montagehalle steht.
