Here at Paywizard our team is busy gearing up for NAB Show in Las Vegas. The show takes place from the 18th 21st April at the Las Vegas Convention Centre, and you can find Paywizard at our brand new stand in the South Hall (upper), booth SU11705CM.
On our stand we have Chris Lloyd, Senior Technical Pre-Sales Consultant, Serge Vaugine, Vice President Sales and Peter Brownbill, Director of Channel Partners on hand to take you through demonstrations bringing a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the show. They are also going to be showcasing Decision Moments and how these apply to the customer journey.
As well as members of the sales team, we also have our Chairman, Andrew Burke, Chief Executive, Jonathan Guthrie and Chief Marketing Officer, Bhavesh Vaghela in attendance to take part in panels and speaker slots.

With MSOs typically spending up to a whole year of APRU to win new customers and SVOD providers engaged in costly advertising campaigns, the importance of customer monetisation is the difference between success and failure for a whole swathe of the TV industry. In this CM|IP Panel, we bring together experts from the fields of ad-tech, subscriber management, and TV technology and examine subscriber monetisation options in depth. The session also looks at best practice for winning, retaining and growing loyal subscribers while increasing profitability, and touches upon key ad-insertion technologies, programmatic advertising, and new innovations like exchanges and geo-location.

When fighting for subscribers hearts and minds, customer service is as critical as content and price when it comes to differentiating between TV services (Pay TV, OTT and so on). But what does flawless service delivery look like and what benefits does it bring?
We recently commissioned research firm, Decipher, to run a series of customer focus groups in London, Manchester and New York, to find out how customer service and experience alongside content and value for money is now seen as critical for turning viewers into paid subscribers. Andrew Burke will use these findings to present the eight key Decision Moments in the subscriber journey that operators need to capitalise on. Andrew will explain why driving engagement and revenue all depends on ensuring personalised and seamless experiences across these moments, and offer real world consumer insight and best practice to help operators tackle each stage of the customer journey.
